Once upon a time, two Cocks lived on a Farmer’s farm. Those two Cocks never used to make each other and neither did they like to see each other. They were always fighting with each other.
Eventually, one day they both got into a fierce fight. Both the Cocks flew away to fight with beaks and claws. They both fought till one was badly injured. Then one of them loses badly and hides in a corner. The Cock who won the battle started flying here and there with joy. He spread his wings and started telling the world about his victory. He flew to the Hen’s house and started boasting.
But an Eagle was watching all this from above and was circling overhead. As soon as he got a chance, the eagle swooped down on the cock and carried him off to his nest. All this was seen by his rival Cock who was badly injured. After everything had passed, he quietly went to the Farmer’s farm and took his place.

This story teaches us that we should never boast of our strength. Sometimes our strength kills us.
